The Part Time Heroes

The Part Time Heroes are two undisclosed young musicians currently residing in the leafy suburbs of Southampton. Although their names are not known to the masses, their music soon will be, as this part-time shop assistant and part-time sandwich deliveryman, plan to convert their part-time music careers into full-time employment.

The Part-Time Heroes have a deep history in a variety of genres, sharing influences from Miles Davis to Bob Marley and having drawn comparisons to Portishead, St. Germain, Groove Armada and Zero 7 there is no question that the Heroes debut album is an exciting, eclectic and fresh journey over different tempos, incorporating live instrumentation, deep jazz roots, folk music and organic soul nourishing goodness.

Having performed live on the main stage at The Big Chill festival, rocked London's Cargo and Yo Yo venues with their 7-piece band, they've also DJ'd 'their Soundsystem set at selected spots in Leeds, London, Brighton, Bristol and further a field in Slovenia and Sweden.
